01. In-Home Autism Behavior Support Staff

Working @ Compass

  • Gain the opportunity to work with clients in their home and community
  • Participate in training(s) and supervision that focuses on a systems-based approach and other evidenced-based approaches
  • Utilize videotaping as a way to provide in-depth supervision and training.

02. BCBA/LBA Supervisor

If participation in the establishment, maintenance, and expansion of an ABA program meeting or exceeding the field’s standards sounds like fun to you, we have your job waiting. And as a bonus, it’s in the most beautiful region of Virginia. Compass currently has open positions in our Staunton office.

The Connections Program is the branch of Compass Counseling Services of VA dedicated to the provision of in-home ABA services to persons with developmental disabilities, most often Autism Spectrum Disorder, from the ages of 18 months to 21 years.

All candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts and have or are eligible for licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia along with at least one year of direct experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
