01. BCBA or BCaBA Supervisor

Compass Behavioral Solutions is a home-based, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company that provides individualized, data-driven behavioral therapy to families throughout Virginia. We are seeking board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and board certified assistant behavior analysts (BCaBAs) to join us in our mission as we support families and their children with developmental challenges.

Successful candidates will be BCBAs or BCaBAs and have, or be eligible for, licensure as a licensed behavor analyst (LBA) or licensed assistant behavior analyst (LaBA) in Virginia. They will also have at least one year of direct experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Supervisory experience is helpful, but not required.

    02. Autism Behavior Support | Staunton

    Compass is seeking motivated professionals who want to join our team. At Compass, we provide home- and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and family support to children with developmental challenges and their families throughout Virginia.     We have offices in Staunton, Harrisonburg, Rockbridge, and Roanoke Valley.

    As a professional in our program, you will:

    • Provide 1:1 home-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
    • Provide parent training and support
    • Collaborate with other professionals from various community agencies including social services, schools, community service boards, physicians, etc.
    • Participate in training and supervision that focuses on evidenced-based approaches
    • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in clients’ treatment plans

    Education, Experience & Other Requirements:

    • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human services or related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) and/or experience in the human services field
    • Required: High school diploma
    • Required: Valid driver’s license
