01. BCBA or BCaBA Supervisor

Compass Behavioral Solutions is a home-based, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company that provides individualized, data-driven behavioral therapy to families throughout Virginia. We are seeking board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and board certified assistant behavior analysts (BCaBAs) to join us in our mission as we support families and their children with developmental challenges.

Successful candidates will be BCBAs or BCaBAs and have, or be eligible for, licensure as a licensed behavor analyst (LBA) or licensed assistant behavior analyst (LaBA) in Virginia. They will also have at least one year of direct experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Supervisory experience is helpful, but not required.

    02. Resident in Counseling/Social Work: Specialization in ABA and Autism

    Compass Behavioral Solutions is looking for professionals seeking clinical supervision for Virginia State Licensure as an LPC or LCSW, who have an interest in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and have a desire to empower children and their families. Compass is a community-focused agency providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and family support to families and their children with developmental challenges in Central Virginia.     As a resident in our program, you will:

    • Participate in trainings and clinical supervision that focus on a holistic approach integrating Structural Family Therapy, MI, CBT, and other psychotherapeutic strategies with ABA
    • Utilize videotaping as a way to provide in-depth supervision and training that fosters continued growth
    • Work within a multidisciplinary team of LCP, LBA, LPC and LCSW
    • Provide 1:1 home-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
    • Provide family support and parent training through a variety of therapeutic methods
    • Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies
    • Join our assessors team and conduct comprehensive assessments for clients in our Program
    • Ability to see outpatient clients in our Charlottesville location which present with different diagnosis and challenges

    Education, Experience & Other Requirements:

    • Education: Must have a minimum of a Masters Degree in counseling-related field or social work field, working towards licensure.
    • Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

      03. Child Behavior & Family Support Provider

      As a professional in our program, you will:

      • Provide 1:1 home-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
      • Provide parent training and support client’s caregivers through a variety of methods
      • Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community including: social services, schools, community service boards, physicians, etc.
      • Participate in trainings and clinical supervision that focus on a holistic approach integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies
      • Utilize videotaping as a way to provide in-depth supervision and training that fosters continued growth
      • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client’s treatment plans
      • Work with Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide effective family support
      • Document each session through clinical notes and data collection

      Education, Experience & Other Requirements:

      • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human services or related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) and/or experience in the human services field
      • Required: High school diploma
      • Required: Valid driver’s license
