01. Behavior Support Clinician

Compass Counseling Services is looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of children with disabilities and their families. You will be working directly with children and their families providing services in their homes. This is an entry level position and we offer paid training and support for career advancement.

    02. BCBA/LBA Clinical Supervisor

    We are currently hiring LBA’s/ BCBA’s for full-time salaried supervisory positions. Candidates should possess a License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or are Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst and are seeking licensure as an LBA in Virginia. Candidates also have direct experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ideal Candidates also have supervisory experience as well.       03. Home-Based Counselor: QMHP-C

      Compass Counseling Services is a family-focused counseling agency providing excellent clinical services to the youth and families of Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Northern VA and the surrounding areas.

      Compass is looking for Masters/Bachelor level Counselors and/or Social Workers. The clinician will work in the clients home and with their family.

      VA Board Registration as a QMHP necessary.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human services or a related field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work) and at least 1500 hours of documented clinical experience with children or adolescents who have a DSM diagnosis is required for the QMHP-C designation.

      This position requires registration with the Board of Counseling as a QMHP-Child. Candidates who have already completed the registration process are preferred.

      At a minimum, candidates should initiate the registration process prior to interviewing with Compass.

        04. Community Based Counselor – Clinical Residency

        Compass is looking for Masters level Counselors and/or Social Workers who are looking to obtain hours towards clinical licensure in the state of Virginia. The clinician will work in the clients home and with their family.

          05. Clinical Supervisor – LCSW or LPC

            06. Intensive In-Home Clinician (QMHP-C)

            We are seeking motivated professionals for Full Time Intensive In-Home Clinician positions. This program is designed to stabilize, strengthen, and support at-risk children and families through community-based counseling, collaboration, and skill building. The Intensive In-Home program provides excellent training, supervision, experience and support to bolster your career. Compass offers Full Time benefits and reimbursements.

            Free Residency Supervision for full time clinicians seeking Residency in Counseling and Residency in Social Work in our Intensive In-Home program. The Residency program provides free, on-site individual and group supervision toward LPC and LCSW licensure. Residency Supervisors are available to provide guidance with initial submission and documentation.
