Behavior Support Clinician
Compass Counseling Services is looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of children with disabilities and their families. You will be working directly with children and their families providing services in their homes. This is an entry level position and we offer paid training and support for career advancement.

Compass Counseling Services is a family-focused counseling agency providing excellent behavioral and clinical services to the youth and families of Northern VA and the surrounding areas. Compass is looking for professionals who have experience with children who have intellectual and developmental delays including autism, and have a desire to empower children and their families. Full-time positions are available for behavior support clinicians in our Connections program.

All applicants must have afternoon, evening and weekend availability. Preferred to have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a child development related field with 1 year experience working with children with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
